Auditeon has been established and registered in 2007 in the Netherlands. From 2013 to 2015 a branch was added in Norway for which it registered as a Ltd. enterprise. (Norwegian: Aksjeselskap)
The company balances mainly between activities in the field of engineering and performing arts. Its founder holds professional degrees in music as well as in electrical engineering. The plurality in which activities are being deployed, give the company its structure. Its name refers with some imagination to music (audiā¼) and the field of an electronic enterprise (Dutch: elektrotechnische-onderneming).
